We are thrilled to announce the return of our comprehensive five-week Performance Improvement Workshop Series, designed specifically to help treatment center teams excel in the upcoming year. During five 90-minute online workshops, clients dive into their research results to look for opportunities for improvement, brainstorm creative approaches to common challenges with their peers across the country, and develop detailed goals and action plans for their centers. Join us for a transformative experience!
The registration fee is $449 per center. Centers are encouraged to have a research team of 3-4 staff attend the workshops. Teams that include clinical directors, quality and improvement leaders, research directors, and other leadership staff will benefit most from the workshops.
