Texas Parent to Parent supports families and their children receiving services in their homes or in their communities. Therefore, only exhibitors who provide in-home or inclusive community services will be accepted to exhibit at the TxP2P conferences.

Meals are NOT included. You may purchase lunches for $100 per person (includes lunch on Friday and Saturday). How many people will be purchasing lunches? *
Prime hallway space is not available at this time! Please register for the Exhibit Hall and let us know if you would like be notified if space becomes available.

Liability and Insurance

The exhibitor shall be fully responsible to pay for any and all damages to property owned by the hotel, its owners or managers, which results from any act of omission of Exhibitor. Exhibitor agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Texas Parent to Parent and/or Hyatt Regency Austin, its owners, managers, officers or directors, agents, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates from any damages or charges resulting in the Exhibitor’s use of the property.

Exhibitor’s liability shall include all losses, costs, damages or expenses arising from or out of or by reason of any accident or bodily injury or other occurrences to any person or persons, including the Exhibitor, its agents, employees and business invitees which arise from or out of Exhibitor’s occupancy and use of the exhibition promises, or any part thereof.

Exhibitors wishing to insure their exhibits, materials, goods, and/or wares on exhibit against theft, damage by fire, accident, or loss of any kind must do so at their own expense.  Upon move out, exhibitors must take all their materials and leave the area in the same condition as it was given. 
 
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds of 50% will be made only if a written cancellation notice is received no later than the conference registration deadline. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after the conference registration deadline.
 
I agree with the above Liability and Insurance clause for this Conference.
