This scholarship application will be used for all general scholarships offered through Cox College and the CoxHealth Foundation. Scholarships are awarded to students with a background matching the donor’s criteria. Need-based scholarships are awarded to students with a financial need; this information is taken from the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).  Merit scholarships are awarded based on the student’s cumulative GPA which must be a 3.33 or above to qualify.

Scholarship Application Requirements:
  1. Scholarship Application submitted online by July 1, 2021.
  2. Submit a 2021-2022 FAFSA to Cox College by July 1, 2021.
  3. Cumulative GPA must be a 3.33 or above to qualify.
