ONE TRIP PASSES

The price of multiple One Trip Passes is $6.

This is the form to order multiple One Trip Passes ($6.00) with no specific date. These passes are sent in the mail in August before the start of school. If you just want to purchase one pass for a specific day or need a pass right away, please use the Single Use One Trip Pass.

Passes may also be purchased at our school bus office in Lafayette 3675 Mt. Diablo Blvd., Suite 255, Lafayette, AND down the hall from us at the Lafayette City Offices, Suite 210, 8 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. weekdays.

One Trip Pass Rules: PLEASE READ!

Parent signature is required on the pass or a note must be provided for the student to ride the bus. One trip passes are non-refunable. Kindergarten and 1st graders must be met by an adult in the afternoon. One Trip passes users must use existing scheduled stops. One Trip Passes are not accepted on FULL ROUTES.

My initials indicate my child has permission to ride the bus and use the bus stops listed and that my child will follow the Bus Rules and Safety Information sheet. Failure to follow the rules may result in suspension or expulsion. I accept all responsibility for the transportation of my child to and from the bus stops. I understand and agree that the Lamorinda School Bus Transportation Agency (LSBTA) does not provide supervision while waiting at the bus stop. I hereby release on behalf of myself and my child and agree to hold the LSBTA harmless from any liability or responsibility for injuries or damage arising out of or related to the use of the bus service.
