Summer Program Field Request

This Form is to be Used by Programs sponsored by organizations (Camps, Clinics, After-School Programs, Tournaments, Special Events) to Request Playing Fields for the Summer (June 1 to September 1) Season from the San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department.

This Form is NOT for Playing Leagues or SFRPD Programs

Deadline Summer Programs: March 15 (forms submitted after this date will be considered after other requests are filled)

*For teams/clubs interested in weekday afternoon practice space, we will be running a draft lottery for field slots. Slots will be subject to fees and run consecutive weeks thru summer. If you want to participate in the opportunity to be allocated fields for practices in the summer, please submit ONE form and we will circle back with you with details at a later date. Please check the below box if that is the only thing you are interested in doing. Note you will not need to complete others pages of the form.
