STEP 2: Provide electronic versions of your photo ID and supporting documentation by uploading copies using the steps below.
STEP 3:
a) Pay online via credit card at the end of this application.
b) Pay via check by mail.

RESIDENT CARD INFORMATION:
- Beginning July 1, 2024 the cost of the Resident Golf Card is one-hundred and thirty-three dollars ($133.00) for San Francisco Residents and eighty-eight dollars ($88.00) for Pacifica Residents. Valid for 2 years from the date of issue. Replacement cards cost thirty-seven dollars ($37).
- Purpose of Resident Cards – Resident cards are for the use of current residents or property owners of San Francisco and Pacifica only. Cards entitle golfers to discounted rates at TPC Harding Park, TPC Fleming, Lincoln Park Golf Course, Golden Gate Park Golf Course, Sharp Park Golf Course and Gleneagles. See individual courses for more information. Golfers may be refused playing privileges for submitting false information for the purpose of securing a resident card. Pacifca residents only receive benefits at Sharp Park. Any misuse of a resident card may result in the card being revoked. Cards are non-transferable and are the property of the San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department.
