If the criteria listed below applies to your current employer, you may qualify for the reduced Foodservice Distributor rate. Please provide the required information and submit the form for review. A decision will be sent to your email listed on this request within 5 business days.

  • A Foodservice Distributor is a business that provides food and non-food products to restaurants, cafeterias, hospitals, schools/colleges/universities, business & industry, and anywhere prepared food is served away from the home directly to the consumer.
  • A company qualifies as a Foodservice Distributor if they purchase from grower-shippers and predominately deliver directly to national and regional restaurant operators and chain restaurant groups, and/or non-commercial foodservice establishments.

Acceptable documents include:
• Physical or digital business card that clearly references your name and your employer as a foodservice distributor.
• Marketing materials or pictures (print or digital) establishing the company as a foodservice distibutor, which makes direct deliveries to restaurants and/or other foodservice establishments.
•Company or Distribution Center webpage image indicating the company is a foodservice distributor.
