The International Fresh Produce Association has agreement from all hotels in the convention block to reserve all meeting space for official IFPA functions. If not needed for official association functions, IFPA agrees to release space, as requested, for related exhibitor and attendee functions. While IFPA recognizes that many organizations opt to hold internal sales and other small meetings in conjunction with The Global Produce & Floral Show, IFPA policy states that these functions may not conflict with The Global Produce & Floral Show function times.
In order to reserve meeting space, you must complete a IFPA Hotel Space Release Form. Once you have received approval from IFPA, you may work directly with the hotel to determine pricing, availability, and all logistics for your meeting.
