To Serve Alcoholic Beverages

Alcoholic beverages may be served within an exhibitor’s space only with consent from Show
Management.  By submitting this form, you agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth by IFPA and the official catering company. 

To serve alcohol on-site, the following requirements must be met:
  • Submit this form to Show Management by Sept. 23, 2024.
  • Submit the catering sampling authorization form to Levy Restaurants and place catering orders by Sept. 23, 2024
  • Exhibiting companies must be fully insured and prepared with a certificate of insurance in their booth. A certificate of insurance for general liability naming International Fresh Produce Association, Global Experience Specialists (GES), and the Convention Center as additional insured must be retained and remain in force October 14-20, 2024.

Rules and Regulations for Serving Alcoholic Beverages in Your Booth
  • Alcohol may only be purchased through the Levy Restaurant, the Georgia World Congress Center Catering Company. Exhibitors are not permitted to bring in their own alcohol as per GA state regulation. Levy will source alcohol brands through their approved distributors.
  • Alcohol samples are limited to 1oz of distilled spirits, 2oz of wine, and 2oz of beer.
  • If your product is the alcoholic beverage that you intend to serve, please contact Levy Catering to source product through their distributors. 
  • Alcohol service may only be provided by a bartender contracted through Levy Restaurant caterer. A TIPS certified bartender is required to pour and serve all alcohol – without exception – guests are not allowed to serve themselves. Bartenders are available at the rate of US$240.00++ each for  a 4 hours minimum, with additional hours at $60.00++ per hour per bartender.
  • Alcoholic beverages may not be served during exhibit set-up or tear-down under any conditions.
  • Exhibitors can only serve alcohol within the confines of their booth space, and bar lines should not extend into the aisle or blocking neighboring booths.
  • No cash bars are permitted, nor sales of tokens for cash.
  • No minors under the age of 21 may be served any alcohol.
  • Show Management and/or bartenders are fully authorized to deny all further alcohol service to persons who may appear intoxicated, disorderly or under the age of 21.

Certificate of Insurance

It is necessary for you to carry general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of US$1,000,000 per occurrence and US$2,000,000 aggregate.  International Fresh Produce Association, Global Experience Specialists and the Georgia World Congress Center shall be named as additional insured.  This insurance must be in force during the lease dates of the event(set up and exhibit), October 14-20, -2024. Insurance may be purchased through Rainprotection Insurance, IFPA's official insurance provider.
