Pricing:
Exhibitors who rolled over money from 2020 will receive the discounted rates of $855 for members and $1,710 for non-members. For all other exhibitors:
PMA Members: US$899
Non-Members: US$1,798
Eligibility requirements:
- Your company must be an exhibitor in the 2021 Fresh Summit Expo
- Your product, product line or service must have been introduced/launched/revamped since the 2020 Virtual Fresh Summit Convention & Exposition (October)
What's Included With Your Shelf:
- 1 empty shelf to display your product(s) and promotional materials from Wednesday, Oct. 27-Saturday, Oct. 30
- 1 shelf sign promoting your company name and booth number
- Product listing in our online and mobile directories, allowing you to build awareness and generate leads before, during and after Fresh Summit
- All non-refrigerated shelves come with tube lighting and the option of adding an electrical outlet at no additional charge. Refrigerated shelves are available for all sections EXCEPT floral.
Showcase Sections:
Exhibitors have a variety of options to best showcase their product/service. There are (6) uniquely branded "sections" highlighting popular product categories. If renting multiple showcases, a different product/service must be displayed in each.
Innovative products/services can be showcased in the following sections:
- Main Fresh Ideas Showcase: for any new, innovative products/services that do not fall under one of the other categories
- On-The-Go Showcase: products that make it easier for consumers to eat healthy while on the go or at home
- Certified Organic Showcase
- Floral Showcase
- Packaging Innovations (includes sustainable packaging efforts)
- Technology Innovations (includes food waste, food safety, traceability, logistics, etc.)
Shelf Dimensions:
- Standard showcases: 35" W X 16" H X 11" D
- Refrigerated showcases: 23" W X 15" H X 20" D, 36 degrees fahrenheit
- Floral Showcases:
Horizontal Shelves: 48" W x 21.5" H x 19" D (not refrigerated)
Vertical Shelves: 24” W x 33 ½ “H x 19”D (not refrigerated)
