All exhibitors must submit this application with payment. Booths will first be assigned in priority point order to companies that applied before March 15. Once early assignments are complete (mid-May), we will assign all other applicants by the order in which applications with payment are received.
The deadline to cancel or downsize and receive a refund, minus the $150 processing fee, is May 28. We understand this is a difficult time to plan, so if your company is still experiencing hardships after May 28, please reach out to discuss all of the options.
