Important Space Reservation Information

Please review this information carefully as the booth reservation process is different than in the past and all companies MUST apply to participate

  • Submit this application by December 18 to apply with just a deposit of US $1,500 for members ($3,000 for non-members) and to provide information needed to help layout the show floor with social distancing guidelines.  If you are not sure of your membership status or are not a current member, contact our Member Services Team or apply now.
  • Look for a 2nd required booth application in early March to confirm your booth size, review the show floor and pricing and indicate if you are part of a pavilion or booth sharing. Those who do not submit their application by the published deadline will select their location in order of the date and time their application and full payment is received after assignments done in priority point order are complete.
  • Booth Assignments in priority point order will begin in early April and appointment times will be sent in late-March.
  • Exhibit space may be downsized or cancelled by May 28, 2021, with a full refund minus a $150 processing fee.

2021/2022 Priority Point Modifications
