Program Information

The Foodservice Delivered: Sourcing Meetings program offers an exclusive opportunity for foodservice operators/distributors/retailers to sit down virtually with ten (10) produce growers/shippers/processors.

Deadline to submit this completed form: Monday, July 6, 2020

Foodservice Buyer benefits include:

  • Ten (10) virtual meetings with produce growers/shippers/processors
  • Your company profile and contact information provided to all produce growers/shippers/processors participating in the Sourcing Meetings program in the digital program booklet pre-event
  • Access to contact information for all produce growers/shippers/processors participating in the Sourcing Meetings program

Foodservice Buyer responsibilities include:

  • Completion of this pre-meeting questionnaire to assist with arranging meetings by Monday, July 6.
  • Attendance in all pre-scheduled virtual meetings, which may take place during both sessions (you may have a maximum of two representatives in each meeting).
  • Your company contact information provided to all suppliers participating in the program. This is a time for meet and greet only and there are NO guarantees items will be purchased or additional meetings will be scheduled.
Matchmaking Process:
  • PMA willl make every effort to create the highest quality schedules with the information provided by buyer and supplier participants. Matches will be based on product, regional, and ranking compatibility. PMA cannot guarantee meetings with specific supplier companies. PMA will make its best effort to satisfy requests when arranging meetings; however, we cannot guarantee all requests will be met.

Buyer Application Process:

  • Interested foodservice operator/distributor/retailer companies may apply to participate in the 2020 Foodservice: Delivered Sourcing Meetings through Monday, July 6.
  • Once PMA has received your form, a member of PMA staff will be in touch with the main contact listed on this form to discuss any questions and to confirm your participation. If you are interested in discussing additional opportunities for engagement, we would be happy to explore those possibilities with you.
