The Produce Marketing Association has agreement from all hotels in the convention block to reserve all meeting space for official PMA functions. If not needed for official association functions, PMA agrees to release space, as requested, for related exhibitor and attendee functions. While PMA recognizes that many organizations opt to hold internal sales and other small meetings in conjunction with Fresh Summit, PMA policy states that these functions may not conflict with Fresh Summit function times.
In order to reserve meeting space, you must complete a PMA Hotel Space Release Form. Once you have received approval from PMA, you may work directly with the hotel to determine pricing, availability, and all logistics for your meeting.
