Ines Masallach, Marketing Director, Imalinx

Inés has more than 25 years of professional experience in marketing, 20 of those years in the produce industry working with companies to achieve an effective go-to-market strategy in Latin America. Working with a diverse selection of clients from grower-shippers to value-added distributors and trade associations has helped transform information into insights and identification of consumer trends into demand creation programs. Constant collaboration with all those involved in the value chain and an integrated approach to market intelligence and inbound marketing activities have resulted in growth in territories, sales and customers for clients. Karen Nardozza, President/CEO, Moxxy Marketing

Karen has the experience, intensity and focus of a big-city ad professional with the flexibility, responsiveness and moxie that comes from building a locally grown business. She is a leader and trend-spotter who has a knack for bringing people together and ideas to life. Nick is a passionate believer in the marriage of creativity and strategy, and lives and breathes to make a difference and help other organizations to be successful. His work integrates creative, qualitative/quantitative data, brand/product development and more. He has worked in marketing and business development for a variety of produce companies as well as banks and nonprofits. He’s committed to giving back to the industry by serving on industry committees and boards, and he’s a graduate of the California Agricultural Leadership Program.

Sherrie Terry, President/CEO, Terry Consulting LLC

Sherrie is a classically trained consumer product marketer with success in both Fortune 1000 corporations and privately held entrepreneurial start-ups. Her leadership roles span brand-building, innovation, marketing, consumer/customer insight, category management, and strategic sales support for many category leaders in the produce industry and beyond. Sherrie leverages her marketing and general management expertise to improve brand performance, marketing and sales effectiveness, and total company operations. She expands the scope of marketing beyond its traditional definitions to create innovative business models, strategies, and programs that deliver results. Sherrie loves identifying what delights consumers and figuring out how to deliver that across the produce supply chain. “Helping people live happier, healthier lives is important work, the people in this industry are great, and it’s a lot of fun!”

Megan Zweig, Vice President, DMA Solutions Inc.

Megan is a passionate marketer with 18 years’ experience – 11 of them in the fresh produce industry. She ensures that client goals and objectives are met, while supporting consistent business growth and people development within the organization. Megan is fiercely loyal to the fresh produce industry and the people who serve it. Her innate ability to nurture relationships and build teams, combined with her strategic thinking and aptitude for finding unique solutions for solving marketing problems is what makes her instrumental when building marketing programs from the ground up.
