To request a letter for purposes of supporting your travel visa, complete this form. All requests will be reviewed and, if approved, we will provide an invitation letter to you via email within 7-10 business days. You must be registered for the conference in order to receive a support letter.

SLAS has no influence on the decision of any embassy or consulate to approve or reject any application for a visa to enter Belgium or th EU. As an applicant, it is your responsibility to present legitimate reasons for attending SLAS Europe 2023 and provide all necessary documentation to support your request for a visa.
