WCCD Sales - Request for plants for giveaways

This form is for requests for donations from the Washtenaw County Conservation District's resources sales (Trees & Shrubs, Native Plants, or Rain Barrels) for the purpose of hosting a giveaway event. We often get requests for discounted or free materials for organizations hosting a giveaway or fundraiser. We're glad to build partnerships with organizations that align with our mission in providing conservation resources within Washtenaw County for the benefit of all residents, especially historically underserved communities.

An example requests might be: "We'd like 100 white pine seedlings for our garden club to give away at a local farmers market and promote conservation practices." OR "We'd like 25 tree seedlings for our girl scout troop to plant in partnership with a local community park." OR "We're raising money for our outdoors club and want to offer seedlings by donation to fundraise."

Our existing Tree & Shrub sales will usually include tiered pricing by quantity. However, please make your request early as our inventory will run out.

You can put in an order online and choose "Check payment" at checkout to hold your items, but we don't guarantee we can discount all requests. If you do have an existing order, please note the order number.

If you are an organization that is Sales Tax Exempt, please submit the MI Sales Tax Exemption form.
