Vendor / Exhibitor Space

Our goal is for this event to be revenue neutral for the WCCD, while remaining free to the public. Vendor fees and sponsorships make this event possible. The venue costs have increased and the event takes significant staff labor. Our fees are determined to accomodate various sizes of our vendors/exhibitors.

If you need support to cover vendor fees, please select the Small or Standard space option below and provide more information. We are very open to a discussion to make your participation possible!

If you can further support the event, please consider providing a sponsorship in the section below.

Vendor / Exhibitor - Presentations "Speaker Stage" (FULL)

By request of Vendors and Attendees alike, we want to offer this educational experience again during the event. We'd love for all of our vendors to share their unique knowledge, skills, and about their organizations.

EXPO 2024 theme is EDUCATE!

We will have an area dedicated for presentations with seating. We will do our best for a projector/screen, but we don't require a digital presentation.

The success of this educational space at the event requires our vendor / exhibitor participation, so we can only do it with your involvement!
