APPLICATION AND EMPLOYMENT PROCESS

Your application will be complete only if all of the following information is included:

  1. Submitted application for employment.
  2. A current resume.
  3. Copies of undergraduate transcripts, and if applicable, graduate transcripts.
  4. Copies of certificates or licenses required for the position(s) sought.           

The candidate selected for a position must complete and submit the following as a condition of employment prior to the first day of work:

  1. A New Jersey Fingerprinting and Criminal History Records Check pursuant to NJ statute Set I of PL-1989 C229 (C18A 6-4.13) (HR will provide the necessary forms and instructions).  The candidate will cover any related expenses.
  2. NJ Sexual Misconduct/Child Abuse Disclosure Release P.L.2018, c. 5. (HR will provide the necessary forms and instructions).
  3. A W-4 Federal Income Tax for Withholding form (HR will provide the necessary forms and instructions).
  4. An I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification Form (HR will provide the necessary forms and instructions, the candidate must provide proper forms of identification).
  5. An Employee Emergency Information Form.
  6. A tuberculosis screening test. The candidate will cover any related expenses.
  7. COVID-19 Vaccination Record or a weekly COVID-19 test result. The candidate will cover any related expenses.
  8. Official copies of all transcripts and certifications.
