Your application will be complete only if all of the following information is included:

  1. Completed application for employment.
  2. A current résumé.
  3. Copies of undergraduate transcripts, and if applicable, graduate transcripts.
  4. Copies of certificates or licenses required for the position(s) sought.           

The candidate selected for a position must complete and submit the following as a condition of employment prior to the first day of work:

  1. A New Jersey Fingerprinting and Criminal History Records Check pursuant to NJ statute (Set I of PL-1989 C229 (C18A 6-4.13). The School Office will provide the necessary forms and instructions.  The candidate will cover any related expenses.
  2. A W-4 Federal Income Tax for Withholding form.
  3. An I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification Form (the school will provide the form, the candidate must provide proper forms of identification).
  4. An Employee Emergency Information Form.
  5. A tuberculosis screening test.
  6. Official copies of all transcripts and certifications.
