Print the NATACS Custody and Control form and bring it with you. The NATACS fingerprint collector will not take your fingerprints without the NATACS Custody and Control form and these fingerprint instructions.

Bring originals and a printed copy of 2 (two) forms of identification ( Passport and drivers license are best)

Bring a printed copy of the AFSP Finger Print Collection Receipt

Bring a printed copy of the NATA Compliance Services document (it will have the BAR code on upper left of document)

Bring a printed NATACS email (should have about 9 pages)
