Photograph and video content associated with marketing efforts of Gaming Insomniacs maybe collected as well. I further understand and agree that such information will only be disclosed to third parties if Gaming Insomniacs has in good faith belief that disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with the law or to protect the interests of the organization and its partners, or if authorized third parties need the information for the purpose of awarding prizes.
