Climb the Mountain Employment-Volunteer Application

Use this form to apply for employment (or volunteer work if that is your preference) with Climb the Mountain Speech and Debate Foundation.

You must have reliable internet service for using Zoom/video instruction and a reliable computer (however, if you need a reliable computer, we might be able to loan you a computer).

Debate experience is a plus but is NOT required except for our high school program. We have great employees who had never done debate before they started working with Climb.

Pay as of January 1, 2022 is $23 per hour plus $15 bonus per day worked (day must be one or more hours of work). Payment is done via direct deposit using Quickbooks payroll system.

You must be at least 18 years of age and NOT a current high school student. You must be a Washington state resident.

We are hiring for In Person positions at this time. The Bellevue and Redmond locations begin in early October. The Seattle U position dates are noted. We do have online positions available but we are nearly completely staffed for those at this time.
