Climb the Mountain Employment or Volunteer Application

We are glad you are interested in working with Climb!
 
Use this form to apply for employment (or volunteer work if that is your preference) with Climb the Mountain Speech and Debate Foundation.
 
You should have a laptop or tablet that can use MS and Google documents. You should also check for messages each day while you work with Climb programs.
 
Debate experience is a plus but is NOT required except for our high school program. We have great employees who had never done debate before they started working with Climb.
 
Pay is $23 per hour plus $15 bonus per day worked (day must be one or more hours of work). Payment is done via direct deposit using Quickbooks payroll system.
 
You must be at least 18 years of age. You must be a Washington state resident.

--we are already overstaffed for online positions.

--If you can't work at the start time--just state that in the explanation below. Our programs usually last 1.5 to 1.75 hours long and so there are 2 to 3 during the times noted. We do have high need at the start time noted, e.g. 1:30pm, but later than that, we often have need especially 430pm and later.
