Depending on the size of your group and activities chosen, students will be divided into groups of 10 - 16 people.
Select Package Option (choose 1 only)

Package Rate: $32.00 per student (+HST)

Each program runs Mondays-Fridays from 9:30am-2:30pm and includes the use of a covered picnic area.

The Ranch can also provide a BBQ lunch for an additional $10/person (+HST). This includes hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, vegetable tray, dessert, juice and water.

There is no charge for teachers and chaperones, except if lunch is included. Chaperones are not included in the activity numbers.

Each package is adapted to suit the age group. Larger groups will be split into groups of 10 to rotate through the different activities.

Package A: We're All In This Together!

Focuses on team activities, problem-solving, physical challenges and some time in nature!
  • Team Building Challenge
    • Specially trained program facilitators lead participants in fun and engaging activities that serve as steppingstones to improved communication, problem solving skills and community development.
  • Initiative Course
    • Engage in an experiential learning obstacle course that encourages participants to develop team unity, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Climbing Tower
    • Enjoy climbing our 30’ tower, featuring both rock climbing and a cargo net. Participants will be able to challenge themselves with our beginner, intermediate, and advanced climbing walls.
  • Outdoor Education: Nature Hike or Fire Building
    • Nature Hike: Learn about the local plants and wildlife while fostering a respect for nature and our shared environment through our hands-on guided nature hike.
    • Fire Building: Acquire the basic skills of wilderness survival by learning to safely and effectively use natural materials to build a fire.

Package B: Ranch Explorer!

Explore the different activities Circle Square Ranch has to offer - a little bit of everything!
  • Team Building Challenge
    • Specially trained program facilitators lead participants in fun and engaging activities that serve as steppingstones to improved communication, problem solving skills and community development.
  • Horse Science
    • Trained staff will teach the basics of horse anatomy, horse behavior, and how to properly care for a horse in this interactive educational activity.
  • Initiative Course
    • Engage in an experiential learning obstacle course that encourages participants to develop team unity, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Outdoor Education: Nature Hike or Fire Building
    • Nature Hike: Learn about the local plants and wildlife while fostering a respect for nature and our shared environment through our hands-on guided nature hike.
    • Fire Building: Acquire the basic skills of wilderness survival by learning to safely and effectively use natural materials to build a fire.

Package C: Ranch Adventure Day!

A memorable day of activity and adventure, trying different challenges for mind and body.

Package D: Meet the Horses!

Learn about the horses at the Ranch, participate in their care, and go on a ride! 
*Available mid-May to end of June. Contact us for details.*
  • Horse Science
    • Trained staff will teach the basics of horse anatomy, horse behavior, and how to properly care for a horse in this interactive educational activity.
  • Archery
    • Groups will rotate through horse activities and while waiting their turn, students can learn basic shooting techniques in a safe, supervised environment at the nearby archery field.
  • Horseback Riding Lesson -or- Arena / Trail Rides
    • Horseback Riding Lesson -Participants will receive beginner-level horseback riding instructions. While controlling their horse at a walk, riders will practice stopping, turning, reversing, and circling.
    • Arena / Trail Rides - Children up to grade 5 will be taken on a guided pony ride in this introductory riding experience. Older students will participate in a trail ride.
*Please note that riders must meet minimum age, height, and weight requirements. Best suited to groups of less than 30.
