2020 Guide Weekend Information Form

This information and a $250 deposit are necessary to reserve a spot for your group. The Guide Weekend Camp will be taking place Friday June 14th, 2019 - Sunday June 16th, 2019.Your retreat will not be considered booked until you have received your retreat contract. Please note that no alterations may be made to this camp weekend.

Packages & Rates

Guide Package #1: One night with activities

One night with one day program that includes your choice of 3 activities, the Ranch will choose the 4th activity.

- $75 + HST/participant

- $65 + HST/leader (with no participation in activities)

- Troop will be divided into groups of 12 - 15 to accommodate activities.

Guide Package #2: Two nights with activities

Two nights with one day of program that includes your choice of 3 activities, the Ranch will choose the 4th activity.

- $85 + HST/participant

- $75 + HST/leaders (with no participation in activities)

- Troop will be divided into groups of 12 - 15 to accommodate activities.

- This package does not include breakfast on Sunday, but you are welcome to bring your own breakfast. There is no access to the kitchen other than to store cold food.

Horseback Riding:

If you would like to participate in horseback riding there will be an additional cost. It will be booked on a first come first serve basis.

- $15 per participant.

- If you choose horseback riding, it counts as one of your 3 activity choices.

- Riding will be lessons in the arena.
