The Gold Application can take up to 90 minutes to complete and requires the uploading of documents and links as evidence. You can save the application at any point and return to it when you're ready to continue.
Once you submit, we will assess the application and contact you to arrange a suitable time for a Certification Interview. This is a 20-30 minute Skype/Facetime/Zoom/Hangout call with you to run through your answers and speak to members of your team. This enables us to obtain a better idea of how your CSR works in the practice.
