Trust Details

Changes to Trust legislation have been made, with the provisions of the new Trusts Act 2019 that came into effect on 30 January 2021, generally meaning Trustee's duties are formalised in legislation.  The requirements placed on Trustees are higher.  The information we are asking below is to ensure that the Trustee's can fulfil the job as Trustee of the trust to the level that is now clarified by legislation.
