Covid-19 Site Operating Procedures Review
This form has been designed to assist in reviewing your current site controls for Covid-19 against the current Rev 3 (14th April 2020) Site Operating Procedures (SOP) prepared by the Construction Leadership Council and Government Advice on Construction Sector 7 April 2020.

It is not designed as a full risk assessment, but an aide memoir to signpost and identify potential action that is required. You should also refer to the Government advice on social distancing.

Where it is not possible to follow the social distancing guidelines in full in relation to a particular activity, you should consider whether that activity needs to continue for the site to continue to operate, and, if so, take all the mitigating actions possible to reduce the risk of transmission.
