Request for Intercollegiate Team Roster Change

CHANGE OF EVENT

Only select the "change of event" option if you have been notified (or realized) that a skater who is currently registered for an event does not match the test requirements based on their test history. There are NO other times that a skater can change to another event after the entry deadline.

WITHDRAWS

A reason is not required to withdraw from an event if you are not putting in a substitution. Note: No refunds are given for withdrawing from events.

SUBSTITUTIONS

Substitutions to a team’s roster must be completed by 3 p.m. MT two days prior to the first day of competition under the following conditions using the form above:

Withdraw and substitution of skater is for medical reasons only
Attach all necessary documentation to assist in the review process
Substitution of the withdrawn entry can only be made into the exact same event and level as originally entered (i.e. Junior Championship, or Preliminary Dance)
Replacement skater must be qualified for that level and already approved for the competition
Only skaters entered on the team roster entered at the time of event registration can be pulled and named as a replacement skater
A skater cannot be substituted for one of their events if they are choosing to still compete one or more of their other events. (i.e. Jane Smith’s Excel Junior substitution will not be accepting if she’s still choosing to skate Preliminary Dance and Team Maneuvers.)
Additions or changes to the roster are not permitted after the close of entries; this includes changes to levels or events entered.
No late entries will be accepted after the registration deadline for any reason.
Points will only be awarded to athletes who compete the competition.
No points will be awarded to an athlete who withdrawals for any reason, under any circumstances. U. S. Figure Skating and the Vice Chair, Collegiate Skating Subcommittee have the authority and responsibility to enforce this rule.
