2024-2025 Intercollegiate Roster Submission & Payment Form

Welcome to the Intercollegiate Team Figure Skating Competition Series! This online entry form will serve as the payment portion for all competitions. Prior to completing payment, each team will be required to upload a complete competition entry form (excel document format.) Each team should fill out ONE entry form for each competition they intend to enter, on behalf of all skaters on your team.

Important note: Skaters are now also required to self-register via EMS for their events in addition to this payment form being completed. Skaters and events listed on your submitted entry form should match the skaters and respective events registered for on EMS.

Deadlines are listed in each announcement and are at midnight in the competition’s local time
zone. Late entries will be accepted up to 24 hours after the deadline with a late fee of $10 per start. Absolutely no entries 24 hours after the deadline will be accepted.

Entry fees MUST accompany entry form in one payment form of credit card. If there is an issue, please contact the U.S. Figure Skating School Programs Manager at croberts@usfigureskating.org

If you have any religious observations for skaters on your team, please include them below. This will be communicated to the Chief Referee for consideration when building the competition schedule. The request for consideration must be for the entire school and cannot be guaranteed. The no-refund policy will still apply if a skater cannot be accommodated.

College/University Certification Page

It is required that a signed certification form showing that your roster indicates each competitor is a full-time student, as defined by the institution they attend or part-time in their final semester, as of the close of entry deadline for each event they intend to compete in. This pertains to both undergraduate and graduate students. Postdoc and medical residents are not eligible.
