Confirmation: This form will prompt an email for me to secure your booking. You will receive an invoice within 48 hours of submitting this form that will come to the number you provided above, securing your booking.
Prices: Prices vary between $75-$100 depending upon the display you want. There will be a $10.00 fuel fee added for any rentals exceeding 15 miles from 76244, and $10 per additonal 10 miles. ( IE: If you are 32 miles away from 76244 an additional $10 will be added to your total. If you are 40 miles it will be an additional $20. Will not be able to service over 40 miles from 76244 at this time.
Payment: Payment is due 72 hours before installation date.
Delivery: Yard card installation is between 4am-7am on the day of the event. The card will be picked up no earlier than 24 hours after the installation. If this time does not work for you please list that in the special instructions. If you would like to keep the rental for longer than 24 hours this can be arranged for an additonal fee and will depend upon the season and what Cards may be in high demand.
Rules & Responsibilites: The yard card should not be moved, mowed near, or tampered with. If any part of the yard card is damaged or goes missing during the event there will be a $15.00 fee charged for each damaged or missing piece.
Weather: Yard cards can absolutley not be set up in wind over 20MPH. I will do the best I can to install but, if for some reason it cannot be installed you will be notified and provided a full refund.
Concerns: If there is any part of your yard card that did not stay or needs to be fixed or you were not happy with please let me know immediately at (817)629-3502 andI will correct it asap and/or offer a refund within reason.
LAST ORDER OF BUSINESS: If you are a former YARD CARD customer of "Hawks Event Rental Services" your prices are locked in at the rate previously promised to you per your invoice. Your installments will remain the same style you booked . I would be happy to keep your business, but please understand the area that you are in the prices are more competitive than what you were previously offered. Anything booked AFTER 03/21/22 ( not your service date but BOOKING date ) will be priced as listed above and fuel fees will apply. Thank you for trusting YARD PARTY UTOPIA with your special Day!
