We are expecting multiple out of town teams at this years event!  We are partnering with an out of town national event organizer to bring in teams.
 
We also expect the tournament to sell out by February 2023.  
 
Tournament registrations will NOT be accepted without full payment.

11 Total Synthetic Turf Fields will be used for KK Event.  Fairfax County
-  Nottoway Park-  Turf (2 turf fields)

Tournament Registration Information

Age Levels are players ages on 5/1/23.  Coaches will be asked to have copies of player birth certificates at all games.  10u and up is all WOOD BAT.

Team Insurance
All teams must have insurance coverage to participate in this tournament.  NVTBL teams can use your NVTBL insurance.  If you don't have insurance coverage through your league or team, here are some options:

Tournament Gate Fees

Field Rental Fees
There are now significant RENTAL FEES in place with Patriot Park North.  We have to raise the fees nominally to cover these costs.  The fee below allows your family members to attend with no tickets or gate fees.
 
 
Gate Fee
Gate fees will be $150 per team (roughly $10 - $12 per player for friends and family).  That allows any and all parents, siblings, friends and other fans of your team to attend any and all tournament events throughout the 4 - 5 day event.  This is not per person or per family like many tournaments.  This is $150 for the entire team and covers all field maintenance expenses, field rentals and more.  There will be no passes or tickets issued or needed.
