We are so excited that you're registering for TeenStreet! Before you begin the application, however, you'll need a few things...
You'll need...
- A scanned copy of photo ID (this might be your school I.D card, a driver's license, etc., etc)
- A current picture of yourself. This is for your badge so it needs to be a portrait picture of your face, facing forward. It doesn't need to be a passport picture though - it can be a smiley one!
- Name and contact details of your parents and your church
- Name and contact details for an emergency contact person who will be available during TeenStreet
- Your provincial health card number
Just take a quick moment to grab these things before you start the application.
