CH-10 Incoming Chapter Board Member Roster

Thank you for sharing the names and positions of your incoming chapter board members with NAPNAP by June 1 so that they have access to chapter leader communications, website tools and chapter member reporting.

Chapter bylaws, developed based on the template provided by NAPNAP, include named officer positions (president-elect, president, secretary and treasurer) and the opportunity for chapters to appoint up to 11 speciality chair positions.

Below are the most commonly named positions in chapter boards. We want to be as inclusive as possible in our chapter leader information collection; however, we need to maintain a certain level of data consistency to effectively track information and provide role-specific communications and resources. With certain position titles, we have provided additional guidance about similar titles/responsibilities to assist you in completing the CH-10 Report.

If two people share a board position and have equal voting power during board meetings, please list them both as chairs. One person can be listed under the named position and the other in other position section of the form. If you have a member that serves as a co-chair to assist with managing projects or services but does not have a vote during board meetings, please do not include in this board member roster report.

Please contact dweitzman@napnap.org if you have any questions.
