Acknowledgement of Risk and Safety Procedures *

Participation in Southern Teachers events signifies an attendee’s acknowledgement of infectious and other diseases and voluntary assumption of the risk of exposure or infection by attending the event. Attendees agree to comply with all guidelines and procedures, including distancing and/or masking, that may be implemented by Southern Teachers, in accordance with recommendations from the CDC and other public health authorities.

Payment Terms *

Upon registration, an invoice for the full amount of the registration fee will be sent. Payment of the registration fee is due within 30 days of the date of the invoice. If payment is not received within 30 days, then the registration will be cancelled, and, in order to attend, you will need to register again.

Refund Policy *

The AD Retreat will proceed as scheduled regardless of weather conditions; there will be no alternate date in case of inclement weather, and Southern Teachers cannot assume responsibility for travel disruptions arising from weather conditions or any other factors. Given the substantial expenses associated with planning and securing the event, no part of the registration fee can be refunded under any circumstances.
