IMPORTANT: Submission of this summary sheet is a commitment to full payment of fees and the submission of entry forms prior to the closing of the show. Any payments not received by the closing date of reduced fees (for example, super early bird fees) will be automatically moved to the next payment level until regular fees are owed. If entry forms are not received prior to closing, the fees on this summary sheet will still be owed and will be considered a donation to the club.
There are NO REFUNDS should you be unable to attend the show.
