I give permission for the pending adopter (above) to board horses and donkeys on my property, under contract. I am aware of the risks of boarding rescue horses, the potential for emergency medical calls on my property, specific feeding, and nutritional requirements, and the possibility of special handling. I am aware that bringing new animals onto my property can also pose risk to the other animals on the premises, and have made sure the potential adopter has taken appropriate measures to limit the transmission of contagious diseases.

I also acknowledge that the adopted animal is boarded under contract on my property and no matter the terms of your individual contract, these animals can not be sold at auction or to a private buyer to satisfy the balance of board or property damage.
