Energize Denver: Buildings 5,000 - 24,999 sq. ft. Timeline Adjustment and Alternate Compliance Options Application

This application is for: 1) Buildings requesting a timeline adjustment, 2) Residential condominium buildings requesting the Residential Condominium Building Alternate Compliance Option, or 3) Buildings requesting the 15% Energy Usage Reduction Alternate Compliance Option.

Your application will be reviewed by city staff to determine if the building is eligible for an alternate
