Energize Denver: Historical Benchmarking Submission

This form is for building owners who need to submit historical benchmarking information that is earlier than the current year being collected, with scenarios such as:
1. You've never benchmarked your building and would like to submit data for 2018, 2019, or 2020.
2. Your building was built after 2019 and you would like to submit benchmarking data for 2020.
