Energize Denver: Buildings 5,000 - 24,999 sq. ft. Statement of On-Site Renewable Energy Performance Form

This form is used to state the total number of kBtu produced by on-site renewable energy in any continuous 12-month period from calendar year 2022 onwards.

This form must be completed by an on-site renewable energy installer who has installed the on-site renewable energy power generation system on the building. If the original installer is no longer in business, an alternate installer who works in the City and County of Denver may complete the form.
