All homes over 1999 square feet of conditioned space will be assessed a larger home fee as follows:

· 2000-2999 square feet: $75

· 3000-3999 square feet: $150

· 4000-4999 square feet: $225

· 5000 or more square feet: custom

Generally, we rely on local property records’ listings of square footage, updated as needed if conditions on-site are different. Search for your property records via these links: Richmond, Henrico, Chesterfield, Hanover, Goochland, Colonial Heights, Hopewell, Petersburg, Powhatan, New Kent, Charles City, Amelia, Prince George, King William.

For roundtrip mileage in excess of 50 from Viridiant's central Richmond office, a travel charge will be incurred.

Infrared Scans - The audit-grade camera shows weak spots in your home’s “thermal envelope” to locate insulation or air-sealing defects.
Blower Door Test - This test utilizes a calibrated fan to measure how drafty your home is and to target problem areas.
Duct Leakage Test (first system serving up to 1500 square feet) - A calibrated fan measures the amount of heated/cooled air you pay for but doesn’t reach the registers. A blower door test is also required for this service.
Duct Leakage Test (second system) - If the home has more than one unique duct system, we would test that separately if desired.
Duct Leakage Test (third system) - If the home has more than one unique duct system, we would test that separately if desired.

Regarding pricing with the utility rebate: These options are contingent on your home’s eligibility for a rebate from Dominion. Before registering, please confirm eligibility by emailing your street address and the last name of the Dominion electricity service account holder. You also may call in or text the information to 804-252-1486.
