In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Utility Business Office has implemented a temporary extended payment policy. We will work with each account holder to determine what the new payment cutoff date will be, based on account history and qualifications.
Please submit your request using this form and someone from the Utility Business Office will respond informing you of your new payment cutoff date. Please allow at least one business day for a response.
It is recommended that you make at least partial payments before the extended date to avoid a large amount becoming due at once.
This temporary policy does not forgive payment but will allow for an extended payment period. Full payment for services will still be required.
