Attending will allow participants to evaluate Royal Caribbean’s newest ship class and expand their knowledge base of planning meetings and events at sea. for qualified meeting planners/decision makers and their guests, ground transportation in to the port for from area airports, most meals, activities and entertainment on board as well as taxes and shipboard gratuities. This is a very exclusive opportunity limited to the most qualified respondents. To be considered for an invitation we ask that the following minimum criteria be met:
You plan or oversee the planning of at least one meeting, event or incentive program with a minimum budget of $200,000 excluding air and ground transportation.
You have a meeting, incentive program or other event to be held before January 1, 2020 that meets or exceeds the above minimum for which a site has yet to be selected and a cruise would be considered a viable option.
You can provide a group profile with verifiable history for the meeting/incentive program/event that you would consider placing on a cruise.
