Central Cass Public School Virtual Learning Academy Parent/Guardian Commitment Form

This form will be required to be signed by all parents/guardians of students enrolling in the Virtual Learning Academy at Central Cass Public Schools for the 2020-2021 school year. A signature below represents that you have read and understood all assurances related to the Virtual Learning Academy.

The commitment Form is due by Wednesday, December 16^th.
