The Central Cass Public School District is pleased to present the selection process used to select the “Teacher of the Year” who will serve during the 2024-2025 school year.

THE SELECTION PROCESS
We will select a “Teacher of the Year” recipient for Preschool through 12th grade. Students, former students, parents, colleagues, administrators, or members of the general public may nominate teachers. A selection committee made up of Central Cass administration, teachers and community members will evaluate each nominee with a prepared scoring rubric. The candidate will be eligible for this summer’s ND Teacher of the Year competition.

* Central Cass considers a "teacher" any certified staff that works with students.

THE TIMELINE OF THE PROCESS

• Nominations are due by Friday, March 29, 2024, at 3:30 pm.

• TOY Announcement Ceremony and Classified Employee Recognition on Thursday, May 2, 2024.
