THIS FORM IS FOR THOSE WISHING TO BE ADDED TO THE WAITLIST FOR HOUSING AT THE CONVENTION.

Should a room become available you will be contacted, based on a first come first served basis, and requested to finalize your reservation within 24 hours.

Please note, the likelyhood of rooms becomming available is very slim. We reccomend you secure housing outside of the group block.

The submission deadline for all HOUSING REQUEST FORMS is October 14, 2019.
