Thank you for volunteering for the 2021 Red Eye Night Market!  We're excited to have you working with us.  Below we have included a number of options for shifts and job sign up for the festival.

We need assistance in several areas through out the site and are asking everyone to work at least one full shift. You may be shifted between jobs through the day if needed and if you’re able to work both shifts we will definitely work to give you some variety. Priority will be given to individuals who are able to work the entire day.

Shift Times: 

3:00 PM - 8:00 PM

7:30 PM - 12:30 PM

All Volunteers are asked to join us for one of two possible orientation times via zoom - please indicate below which you will be able to join.

Orientation:

Thursday 11/04: 6:30 PM

Friday 11/05: 6:30 PM

Deadline for Form Submission: Friday, October 29, 2021

Volunteers are the first line of defense for this event. Without the support of great volunteers such as yourself we could not pull this off. Each roll is critical and we appreciate your flexibility if we need to move you from one area to the next. Please see the brief description of each below.

Front of House: Monitor front of house area, make sure garbage is being removed, that generally people are finding what they need, act as event ambassador.

Floater: Generally float around event and pitch in where needed as requested by festival manager.

Guest Services: Assist with guest arrival, greeting and wristbanding guests, offer ADA assistance as needed.

Green Room Hospitality: Support Green Room manager to ensure the space stays tidy, artist requests are met, room change overs are done smoothly, and general maintenance in the space goes well.

Restaurants: Early shift - 11am-4pm will be assisting with vendor restaurant load in. This includes checking vendors in, giving them their welcome package and directing them to their location on-site. Additionaly you may be asked to assist and ensure all restaurants are set-up and ready to go, monitor area and coordinate with waste management to keep it tidy. 

For the health and safety of all parties involved, we are asking that all staff, vendors, and attendees be double vaccinated or have a negative Covid-19 test that is less than 72 hours old.

Since you are NOT vaccinated, please bring a copy of your negative Covid-19 test to site on Saturday.
