Your credit/debit card will NOT be charged until you complete your onboarding and we have completed all of our initial work, which includes processing your credit report, completion of the initial credit audit (sent via email), preparation of documents to update/remove any conflicting personal information from your credit report and from the secondary databases and preparing your file for challenges.
Your monthly payments for the previous work performed will be the same date every month. This date is determined by the date your first payment is processed.
Individual Pricing: $150 Audit Fee and $75 Monthly 30 days after sign up and on the sign up anniversary date each month after.
Couples Pricing: $375 Audit Fee and $237 Monthly 30 days after sign up and on the sign up anniversary date each month after. You will both need to have seperate client portals and seperate onboarding calls.
Compliance One-Time Pricing: $897 Enrollment Fee and $0 Monthly.
Homeownership Pricing: $697 Enrollment Fee and $0 Monthly. Must be referred by and working with a preferred lender/realtor to recieve this pricing.
Platinum Pricing: $275 Audit Fee and $137 Monthly 30 days after sign up and on the sign up anniversary date each month after.

Once you have submitted your onboarding form, you will receive several messages regarding reading and signing your client agreement giving us promission to work on your behalf, signing up for credit monitoring and being sure that you have submitted your ID and Proof of Address.
