West Knox Utility District requires one business day notification in order to process a disconnection of service. All service order requests are processed Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. For any questions please call our customer service department at 865-690-2521 or email us at customerservice@wkud.com. NOTE – Only the account holder may disconnect service.
