West Knox Utility District requires one business day notification in order to process a connection of service. All service order requests are processed Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Letter Of Credit
A letter of credit from the prior utility company showing 12 months with no late payments will waive the required deposit and must be submitted at the time of application request. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please upload the appropriate/ required documentation to initiate new service at the requested address. Please note all applications will not be processed until all required information has been received and processed by West Knox Utility District.
Homeowner: Please provide one form of ownership as well as a current form of identification.

Renter: Please provide a current lease/ rental agreement.
 
** West Knox Utility District will not accept any form of a sub-lease. The rental agreement must exist between the property owner and the lessee.

• Current copy of a lease
• Current copy of a rental agreement (rental receipts or any handwritten documentations are not an acceptable form of a lease or rental agreement)

CONNECTION FEES/PAYMENT

Please contact West Knox Utility District to pay the required connection fee/fees by phone with a customer service representative.
Please remember applications will not be processed until all required forms have been submitted and payment has been received. Once all required criteria have been met and payment is complete, a welcome packet including account number, due date, and payment options will be sent via email within 24 hours.
