Simple steps for booking The Rose Dream Villa:

An initial reservation may be made by telephone or e-mail and will be held for 5 days
pending the return of the completed booking form and initial deposit.

1-   Check our current updated calendar and decide when you want to travel. Ensure you have read our Rental policy
2-   Complete the form below and click on "Submit" button. Owner will respond promptly with a
      confirmation via email after receiving your booking form.
4-   To lock the dates an initial booking deposit of USD $250 is required. We also accept money orders or personal
      checks.The balance is paid 10 weeks before your arrival date (Full payment is required if arrival date is less
      than 10 weeks)
5-   Once we receive your signed booking form and deposit, we will send you an email confirmation and the booking
      is completed.
6-   Enjoy your stay in The Rose Dream and have a great vacation in Disney!

By the State of Florida, please provide names of every person in your group for this booking and the ages of children under 18 at the time of occupation. It is very important to note that only persons identified on this form are permitted to stay at the villa.

The party leader agrees NOT to sub-let, share or assigns the property to any persons not authorized by the owner. Please ensure that we are notified of any changes to the original booking as unauthorized persons staying at the villa will cause the whole party to be excluded from the property without refund.
